Parquet varnished (vitrified)

For a daily cleaning, the dusting is done using a broom or a vacuum cleaner

Traces or tasks fresh can be removed with a damp mop.

If they persist on the floor, can be removed through:

• a gum for chewing gum 
• mineral spirits to clean tar
• denatured alcohol for ink and lipstick.

It is advisable to test beforehand on a small surface.

Do not wash your wooden floor with water.

When there is a direct access to the wooden floor from outside, we advise to use a paillaisson to avoid scratches by elements abrasives such as sand, gravel, etc. If the paillaisson was embedded in the floor, it fit the decor.

Parquet oiled

If your wooden floor has been oiled factory, we advise you to rehuiler before walking over. After drying proceed to the application of soap maintenance as indicated below.

A wooden floor oiled regularly maintained will not be a rehuilé. For a dayli cleaning the dusting is done using a broom or a vacuum cleaner.

If necessary as you would make a tile cleaning with a mop and water added 1/40ème soap maintenance. There is also a soap maintenance Special floors oiled white.

If your wooden floor has become dirty because of a lack of maintenance or after a tumultuous evening, proceed as follows:

• Clean the in-depth through intensive cleaning.
• Rinse with clear water with a mop.
• Apply a thin layer of oil maintenance and shine.
• Wait 24 hours and then apply soap maintenance.
